If you need D4SS Inquiry Tool username, please contact your local district curriculum or technical leader, or your RESA/ISD's Curriculum or Technical Leader.

If you need assistance with the dynamic inquiry tool, please use the 'Report Issue' tab on the left side of the navigation pane of the Inquiry Tool. You can also use the helpdesk@misd.net This includes reporting system or data issues.
